Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation policy before reserving.

Self-Drive Rentals
Reservations canceled:
* More than 24 hours before pickup may receive a refund of the reservation fee, less any applicable processing fees.
* Within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Chauffeur Services
Executive transportation cancellations:
* More than 48 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a refund, less applicable fees.
* Within 48 hours are generally non-refundable due to scheduling commitments.

No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your scheduled reservation without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.

Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Early Returns
No refunds are provided for unused rental days after a vehicle has been picked up unless otherwise approved by management.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. But can take up to 14 days as we wait for tolls or tickets to come in.
