Rental Requirements

To ensure the safety of our customers and protect our fleet, all renters must meet the following requirements before a vehicle can be released.

Driver Qualifications
* Must be at least 21 years of age (minimum age may vary by vehicle class).
* Must possess a valid driver’s license.
* International renters must present a valid driver’s license and passport. An International Driving Permit may be required when applicable.

Insurance Requirements
Renters must provide proof of full coverage insurance that extends to rental vehicles or purchase an approved protection plan when available.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit amounts vary based on vehicle type and payment method.

Payment
We accept major credit cards and approved electronic payment methods. Debit cards may require additional verification.

Identification
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.

Mileage
Mileage limits vary by vehicle. Additional mileage charges apply once the included mileage allowance has been exceeded.

Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Refueling charges apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

Vehicle Return
Vehicles must be returned on or before the scheduled return time. Late returns may result in additional rental charges. Click here to check terms and conditions.

Prohibited Uses
Vehicles may not be used for:
* Racing or competitions
* Towing unless authorized
* Ride-share or delivery services unless approved
* Illegal activities
* Off-road driving

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
