By reserving or renting a vehicle from Diavaeh Luxury Car Rental LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

Rental Agreement
All renters must sign the rental agreement before taking possession of a vehicle.

Authorized Drivers
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Vehicle Condition
Each vehicle is inspected before and after every rental. Renters are responsible for any new damage occurring during the rental period.

Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for:
* Parking tickets
* Toll violations
* Traffic citations
* Red-light camera violations
* Speed camera violations

Administrative processing fees may apply.

Smoking Policy
Smoking or vaping inside any vehicle is prohibited.

Cleaning fees may apply.

Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive hair, odors, or damage occur.

Mechanical Issues
If a mechanical issue occurs during your rental, immediately contact Diavaeh Luxury Car Rental LLC. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.

Limitation of Liability
Diavaeh Luxury Car Rental LLC shall not be responsible for personal property left inside rental vehicles.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
