Cancellation Policy

Black Label Executive Transportation requires advance reservations and full payment for standard services at the time of booking. Wedding transportation, corporate transportation, and other custom services may require approval and a custom invoice before confirmation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup information. Additional wait time, extra stops, route changes, or extended service beyond the original reservation may result in additional charges. Flight delays for airport pickups will be accommodated when flight information is provided during booking. Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking.
